Deliverable-Based, Not Time-Based
Every Freedom Systems engagement is scoped around what gets built, installed, and adopted, not how many weeks pass. We give you a recommended pace based on your team's capacity and the complexity of your business. Some clients move faster. Some need more time between phases. What matters is that each deliverable is complete and working before we move to the next one.
Freedom Sprint
The Freedom Sprint is a working engagement built around one primary relationship: you and Bryan. Your biggest constraint is diagnosed. Your first value engine is mapped. Your accountability structure is designed from the ground up. Most of the work happens between the two of you. You hold the institutional knowledge. The Sprint is the mechanism for extracting it and structuring it into something your team can actually run. Two to three team sessions bring key leaders in to confirm their accountabilities and receive the output before the Sprint closes.
This is the right starting point if you have never had an outside operator assess your business, if you are not sure which problem to solve first, or if you want to see how we work before committing to a larger engagement.

The Freedom Sprint is designed to ladder into the Freedom Foundation, but it stands completely on its own. You walk away with real deliverables regardless of what comes next.
Freedom Foundation
The Sprint mapped your constraint and designed the system. The Foundation is where that system gets built, with your team. We work directly with your management team and key operators to document critical processes, install the operating rhythm, build out the second value engine, and add the full financial architecture. The behavioral transfer work happens here: not handed to your team as a completed deliverable, but built with them so they own it when we leave.
The Freedom Foundation delivers your complete Business Operating System: both value engines mapped end to end, your ten to twenty most critical processes documented, and a live Pulse Board with metric owners and targets. On the financial side, we install the Cash Flow Waterfall so the business builds toward distributable profit, map your margins to find the cash hiding in your expense structure, and rebuild your P&L around how the business actually makes money. Freedom Foundation is designed to follow the Freedom Sprint but can be entered independently for businesses that have already diagnosed their immediate operational pain points.
Freedom Accelerator
The system is built. The team is running it. Now the question is whether they can own it without the founder in every decision. The Freedom Accelerator is where that shift happens. We work with your senior leaders to install the decision-making architecture that lets them operate the business independently, not just follow the playbook, but make judgment calls, identify strategic priorities, and run the business as owners. This is where the behavioral transition completes.

Freedom Advisory
You have stepped back. The system is running. The team is making decisions you used to make. The Freedom Advisory is for founders who are operating from their new position, Active CEO, Lifestyle Owner, or approaching an exit, and want a strategic partner who knows the full history of what was built.
Most consultants want to stay forever. We do not. Our goal from day one is to make ourselves unnecessary. The Freedom Advisory exists to sustain what you have built, develop the leadership around you, and hold the business accountable to the standards you have installed, until your team can do it without us.
It also begins the exit readiness work. We use the Sellability Framework to assess the nine operational risk factors that suppress business valuation: owner dependency, customer concentration, financial transparency, recurring revenue, scalable systems, team depth, market differentiation, documented processes, and growth trajectory. Each one we address increases what a buyer will pay and expands your options. To track progress, we use the Model Multipliers diagnostic: five factors (Recurring Revenue, Margin Quality, Market Momentum, Operating Leverage, and Defensibility) that determine whether your business commands a premium or a discount at exit.
