Built the standardization playbook from scratch and expanded to three new markets. All three new locations were profitable by end of Year 1.
AMFS Rebuild
Division Operations Leader
Led the acquisition and integration of American Mobile Fleet Services into Safe Fleet. Returned four years later to rebuild the foundation. Deployed NetSuite ERP replacing an aging system costing $20K/month, implemented Fieldpoint field service management, and launched AMFS University to standardize training for 1,500+ subcontracted technicians nationwide.
