Proof, Not Promises.
The best sales pitch is someone else's results. Here is what happens when manufacturing and industrial founders get the right systems in place and the change management support to make them stick.
Two decades of hands-on operational leadership
Grew nationwide network of installation facilities
Via AMFS University nationwide training program
End-to-end integration and operational buildout
Transformations From the Inside
These results come from Bryan's 20-year career leading operations inside manufacturing and industrial companies. The same methodology now powers Freedom Systems.
AMFS Rebuild
VP and General Manager
Took over a business in decline after a predecessor failed to move it forward post-acquisition. Core revenue was eroding. Operational infrastructure was not built to scale. Pursued and won $4M in new business in Year 1 while simultaneously replacing legacy systems: migrated from SAP to NetSuite ERP cutting $20K per month in software costs, implemented Fieldpoint field service management, and launched AMFS University to standardize training for 1,500-plus subcontracted technicians nationwide.
Safe Fleet National Service Network
Senior Director of Strategy
Inherited four legacy service locations operating independently with different pricing, processes, culture, and branding. Built the standardization playbook from scratch, unified the network, and expanded to three new markets. All three new locations were profitable by end of Year 1, each growing past $1M annually.
Pulltarps Manufacturing
Senior Operations Manager / General Manager
Walked into a business held together by institutional knowledge and long hours. No formal org structure. No documented processes. Rebuilt from the inside out: reengineered organizational structure to reduce production cycles and improve inventory accuracy, built HR and compliance systems from scratch, introduced Lean methodology across all production departments, and stood up a direct-to-consumer ecommerce channel that generated over $500K in its first year. Revenue grew from $8M to $12M, a 50% increase, and the business was structured well enough to attract two acquisitions: first by Roll-Rite, then as part of the combined entity, by Safe Fleet.
